This Luminox watch was designed when the pilots of the F-117 requested Luminox watches, as they were impressed by the brand's unbeatable visibility in any conditions, vital when flying the F-117. This watch features a stainless steel case, in matte black to avoid flashes or reflections. The case has a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, ensuring the watch was not easily scratched working in a cramped cockpit, a screw down case back and crown, and is water resistant to 200 metres. Inside the case is a Swiss Quartz movement, with date function, displayed on a black dial with white numerals, and LLT gas tubes placed on the hands, markers and bezel to ensure the watch is always visible regardless of the conditions.
