Review: Could Tommy Hilfiger save so much on the quality of watch materials that they even forgot to cover the clock hands and indicators with a fluorescent layer? Could it be a technical defect of my model? Despite strenuous attempts to expose it in the sun and UV lamps, it still does not glow in the dark.
